1. scope of application

For all orders via our online shop the following AGB apply.
Consumer in the sense of these terms and conditions is every natural person (§ 13 BGB) who concludes a legal transaction.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Atelier Anna Auras.

By placing the products in the online shop we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

A binding contract can also be concluded before as follows:

• If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment order to PayPal.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data by e-mail. You can view and download the terms and conditions at any time here on this page.

3. Prices

All prices on the website (www.annaauras.com) are final prices in Euro.

3.1 Shipping costs and delivery, delivery times

Your goods are always shipped as an insured package with UPS.

We deliver exclusively to the Federal Republic of Germany and to the countries of the EU under our General Terms and Conditions. Within Germany we charge 7,00€ for standard shipping. Free shipping for orders over 400,00 € in Germany.

For a standard shipping to EU foreign countries 19,00 € are calculated. The delivery time is 4-8 days. Free shipping from a value of goods of 800,00 € within the EU.

We only deliver by mail, unfortunately it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

The delivery time depends on the product: Generally, AAA’s jewellery is not in stock, but will be produced for you after receipt of your order. This can take between 1 – 4 weeks. Please refer to the product information or ask directly.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

• Prepayment
  If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and manufacture the goods after receipt of payment.
• Paypal
  You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. If you choose the payment method Paypal/Paypal Express, 0 percent of the purchase price will be added as costs.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Transport damage

If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such defects immediately to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

7. Warranties and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
